HOW TO USE
- Matte Shades: Apply with a brush to the contour of the eyes to add depth, structure and modify shape. With a damp eyeliner brush, dip into the pigments and glide across the eyes for precision liner effects. Use a fluffy brush to blend complementary shades for ombre blends or contrasting shades for graphic effects.
- Metallic, Luminous and Shimmering Frost Shades: Use a brush to apply shimmering pigments to highlight the brow bone, inner corner and eyelid. Use with a brush to blend the luminous shades or press onto the lid with a finger for amplified intensity. Use with IntensifEYES™ Artistry Wand.
