RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We are passionate about the health and safety of all our clients, and in order to comply with the global retail standards, we are sadly unable to accept returns or exchanges of makeup, skincare and other cosmetics products except in cases where they are damaged, faulty or the wrong product delivered.

If you wish to return a product based on the reason stated above, please refuse the delivery or return back to us within 24hr for an exchange or a store credit. Clients bears the cost of bringing products for exchange back to us, While Cryps Beauty bears the cost of RE-SHIP back to you. Items for exchange must be in the original selling condition in which it was received, and not pumped out or swatched.

For outside Abuja orders, please inspect your order upon delivery. We allow 2 options for returns. You could either REJECT the delivery at no cost to you OR ship back to us in the original travel safe wrappings, via a traceable service and give us the proof of shipping and tracking number within 24hrs the product was delivered.

Please note that all returns are subject to validations and approval at Cryps Beauty’s sole discretion. Allow 2-4 business days for us to inspect the items returned and process another item as replacement.

We do not at this time offer payment refunds, all sales are final. The only exception to this policy is in a situation where our inventory system is faulty and we sell a product to you that is out of stock. This is however a rare occurrence with us.
